Dr. Heather Denniston Dr. Denniston is the owner and visionary for Lifetime Wellness Chiropractic. She has been in practice for twelve years and has specialized in Pediatrics, pregnancy and family wellness. Prior to opening LWC she practiced in Bellingham, Washington for six years. Dr. Denniston hails from Vancouver, Canada. She attended University of Victoria before heading to California to Palmer College of Chiropractic West. Dr. Denniston believes in meeting a patient where they are at, identifying their health goals and aspirations and then working alongside them through encouragement and coaching to achieve extraordinary results. Her methods of chiropractic are tailored to a patient's chiropractic experience and need. She uses a combination of gentle adjusting techniques with soft tissue massage and a coordinated health plan that encompasses all aspects of your life experience. |

Michael Keeter Michael joined Lifetime Wellness Chiropractic in May of 2008 as the morning front office assistant. He had moved to Seattle from the east coast where he was born and raised. Michael loves to travel and see new places. Michael also enjoys spending time at home working on his house and playing with his two cats, Alex and Fatty (Freddy). Michael is proud to be a part of Lifetime Wellness Chiropractic's team and his goal is to ensure that every interaction, both with patients and his fellow team mates, is a superior experience. |

Erin Bilo Erin joined Lifetime Wellness Chiropractic in July of 2009 as the chiropractic assistant for Dr. Denniston. Erin enjoys the sunshine in 80 degree weather surrounded by her close friends and family. Erin also loves to play the piano, read forensic mystery type books and draw. Each drawing Erin does, tends to increase in difficulty and give her grief, in the end though, she's generally happy with the result. She graduated from Bellevue Community College with an associate in arts and sciences and is pursuing a double major in Spanish and Kinesiology. Erin's favorite place to go on vacation is Rockaway, Oregon, where her great grandparents currently reside. She would like to go back to Spain one day and visit the art museums. Erin loves working at Lifetime Wellness Chiropractic and enjoys the individual personal interaction with each patient and drives to ensure each patient's experience is a great one. |

Jamie Holt Jamie joined Lifetime Wellness Chiropractic in August of 2009 as the afternoon front office assistant. Jamie enjoys spending most of her time with close friends and family. She also enjoys reading, dancing and drawing. During the winter Jamie enjoys snowboarding, though still very new at it, she finds it to be a challenging yet rewarding sport. Jamie loves spending all of her summer at the beach and in the sun. In the next couple of years her goal is to get a degree in early childhood education and become an elementary school teacher. Jamie loves working at Lifetime Wellness Chiropractic because of the one on one interaction she gets with all of the patients. |
